Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds or returns. Once a digital product has been downloaded, it is considered used and cannot be refunded.

Exceptions

Refunds or returns will only be considered under the following conditions:

  1. No Download Activity: If the product has not been downloaded, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

  2. Mutual Agreement: If both the buyer and seller agree that the product will no longer be used, a refund may be processed. The buyer must provide their social media or relevant online channels via email to verify compliance. Any further use of the product after a refund will result in a DMCA takedown for any materials utilizing the refunded work.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Due to the nature of digital goods, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the digital product has been downloaded. If the product has not been downloaded, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
